I'm David Avellan
I'm a lifelong mixed martial artist, having practiced Jeet Kune Do, Wrestling, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and many more disciplines in the past 25 years. I have been an instructor and coach to many top athletes for over 20 years.
I have competed in both MMA and Submission Wrestling, having earned a bronze medal at the ADCC World Championships in 2009, the Olympics of grappling. I have since focused on creating online courses for future students and competitors to learn from my unique insights into the martial arts as a student, coach, and athlete.
